The aim of the course is to provide course participants with the requisite Work at Height knowledge to supervise and manage work at height activities so that they are carried out properly and safely. At the end of the course, the participants shall be able to:
- Identify the various Workplace Safety & Health (Work at Height ) legislations / codes of practice / approved codes of practice / Singapore standards applicable to Work at Height
- Conduct risk assessment on safety & health hazards and implement preventive measures related to Work at Height
- Implement a Fall Protection Plan (FPP)
- Demonstrate competency in donning, checking and correcting of Individual Fall Protection equipment and first line response in emergency
